Technical Features
The tunnels consist of a varying number of structural arches (depending on length). The arches are connected by galvanised steel pantographs, supported by nylon slides running in special grooves within the aluminium.
Each arch is equipped with two nylon wheels so that the structural weight is evenly distributed along the ground.
They are available with wheels that run along a track and are secured by means of a lift-proof system ensuring that the tunnel remains firmly fixed to the ground.
They are also available with rubber wheels and no track, or swivel wheels without tracking for increased movement control.
The tunnel is covered with a tough flame retardant PVC coated polyester fabric (BS5438). Optional end door panels made with the same fabric that slide laterally on a steel bracket can also be installed.

Tunnel 1 Extra Width 1 to 4.5 metres Height 2, 2.5, 3 metres
Tunnel 2 Width 1 to 8 metres Height 2.5, 3, 3.5,4 metres
Tunnel 2 Extra Width 1 to 12 metres Height 3, 3.5, 4 metres
